1) You all were complaining about the Demo's verses before, but NOW u all love it? 2) Obviously the full Audio of Aura wasn't in the lyric video(it was obviously chopped) 3) didn't she say she "re-mixed and remastered" it for the lyric video? And 4) I hope she uses the Demo's verses with clearer vocals.
She re-mixed and remastered it for the ALBUM not just the lyric video.
Thats how it will be on the album whether you like it or not. (Except for the chopping which is obvious)
Dear God please let ARTPOP scan 400k-500k during release week in the U.S. Please.
I would rather have longevity over big numbers in a week
Even the Fame Monster didn't debut high with big numbers, though I'm 100% ARTPOP will debut higher.

I would say 400k-500k is very possible. Beyonce's 4 did over 300k with no hit singles and the album leaked weeks before. Surely Gaga can do 400k in the U.S.
The album sold 1.1 million units--662,000 digital, 449,000 physical--in its debut week ending May 29, according to Nielsen SoundScan.
443k from the Amazon deal so that means around 200k was sold through iTunes or other digital places. I'm sure a fair # of people who bought the Amazon deal would've bought a physical or iTunes version. Let's just say hypothetically she sells 200k on iTunes again (60+ drop from digital overall) I'm sure she'll also sell 200k (50+ drop) through physical too. 400k seems to be a good # to shoot for.
Applause is not the type of song that will sell an album, I'm hoping Venus will do the trick. Applause's job was to get her name back On radio and on charts. And it's still growing so I'm happy. You guys really need to stop worrying about first week sales like they mean anything. number one album is really all we should be asking for in terms of the first week

I never argued your point, I'm just saying that you made it seem that she would struggle to hit those numbers.

TFM, just like TD, compensated its weak first week sales with longevity it got from the massive singles, I really really hope ARTPOP can do it too, but if Applause is any indication of the future singes' success, then we can remove that scenario out of the equation.
