Kelly can barely stand and sing without running out of breath much less to sing and dance at the same time. Besides Janet, none of the people you listed are better dancers than her.

Beyonce uses a lot of backing track when she's singing and dancing, let's not. And she also doesn't sing the chorus to her uptempo songs like Single Ladies and Crazy in Love when she's dancing. She's talented but it's impossible to dance all out and sing all out at the same time.
