Floette gets Wish, Magical Leaf and a new move called Petal Blizzard. Petal Blizzard is a grass move with a base 90 but it's physical so it's not too worth it on Floette.
Shiny Stone is on route 12, go on a Skiddo at the Skiddo Ranch and jump over the broken fence at the right and go more to the right, you'll see a little place with an item and it's the shiny stone. So basically after 3rd gym its accessible
And Cris, it was luck. Aint nobody got time for grinding on that
If I did grind for a Flabebe though I'd definitely get a blue one while I'm at it instead of **** yellow
The last gens weren't much harder either
