Yes, Florges's base sp attack is around 109-126 and base sp defense is like 130 or around that. Mine right now has 117 sp attack and 136 sp defense at level 41. Keep in mind though my nature IS modest

I'm guessing you're either VERY lucky or you had to catch 20 Flabebes to get a modest one?
