In case anyone was curious, so far I've figured out:

Shalour City/Tower of Mastery = Mont-Saint-Michel
Parfum Palace = Versailles
Coumarine City = Saint Malo or Le Havre
Route 5 - Route 7 = Loire Valley
Cyllage City = Rouen
Route 10/Geosenge Town = Carnac

And that's all I've really visited so far (still pretty early in the game).

Im very deep in the cave where u can find zygarde, ill let y'all know if u can gwt him b4 the 8th gym or if u have to beat the elite 4 first
