Mid-Late-October, November, December, January because thats when its cold and i looooooooove cold weather......and plus halloween, thankgiving, christmas and my birthday !!!!
I also really like march and April because its rainy and not too hot but not too cold and the sky is always clear where I live. I can't stand January or October tho.
