I think the only thing holding a lot of their outfits back is the lack in matching what Rihanna actually wore. The accessories can make the outfit and unfortunately the originals are hard to come by.

I think thats the point. To put NORMAL looking girls in these outfits. Personally I think they look a mess but I like the fact that they are just normal girls. It seems like it gave them a boost of confidence just pretending that they were the queen.

Exactly, that was the part I found most interesting. Although none of them pulled it off like Rihanna it wasn't until they got compliments for their fashion risks that they felt confident. So kudos to them.
- Now on the other hand thats why it's so easy for Rihanna to take fashion risks because she has self confidence she doesn't need people to love or hate her outfits as long as she feels good in it.
