On New Album
Yes! What a lot of people don’t know is, I got back in the studio this summer and started from scratch on a brand new album. It’s music with a meaning, tells my story, it’s passionate and I’m really proud of it

In only a few months, I’m already 90% done. It’s been easy coz it’s straight from the heart!

On Future
I’m about to drop a brand new mixtape called “301 To Paradise” with my boys Kinetics and One Love.. It’s an intro to the sound of my new album that I’ll be releasing early next year. Also, I’ll be performing the new music for the first time ever at the Gramercy Theatre in NYC on October 17th. Then Malaysia, then London!!

I hope it's good. I kinda lost interest after that last EP.

im still mad that her album was scrapped those songs were so much better than her independent stuff.
so since she's planning on releasing an album early next year, does that mean she finally got dropped/left the label?

I'm so, so sad her album's old material was scrapped. There were assuredly many bops that won't be released now, that's so sad to me. I hope the old Blanco and Kurstin collabs surface but I won't count on it I mean, her label has to have some sort of promotional plan for her, right? They can't just release... well... the music she has been releasing as singles. It just doesn't sell. I sometimes question if Neon gets that.

I do get her 100% on the whole "never been so in touch with myself" bit - F U Betta was SO not Neon.

I'm glad she trew the crappy pop out! She is such a better artist than that! Not saying I didnt enjoy the pop stuff but she is much more.
