Apparently because Doubles gets a LOT of Sp. Attackers and that's their main competitive area tbh. It's so stupid though. If Broken Combat doesn't get nerfed to at least 100 BP.
Although to be fair Will-O-Wisp got a nice +10% accuracy boost, the Ghosts just keep on winning.
