Mid 20s, Early 30s.
You don't break out of adolescence until your late 20s. That's when you're fully developed.
If you don't take care of yourself, then it will go swiftly downhill from there.

to me 35 is the ideal age where your body is at its prime. Not to say that it stops there though. Look at Halle Berry.
