It's sad because scenarios like this happen a lot in life. I know a few people personally who went through similar treatment by a US official.

It doesn't just happen in the US, I was held by Canadian customs for 2 1/2 hours once, but my experience was definetly nothing compared to what this lady went through.

I truely hope she sues, and makes an example of them.
