My guesses for her actual nominations:

IKYWT in Best Pop Performance and Record of the Year
Highway Don't Care for Best Country Duo/Group Performance
Red for Best Country Album

EHC is kind of a long shot for any noms, I have very little feel for how well Grammy voters think of/remember Begin Again, and I have a feeling the SOTY and ROTY categories will vary greatly this year, hence IKYWT in only one. Blurred Lines, Mirrors, Get Lucky, Thrift Shop, and I Knew You Were Trouble are almost assured of noms in at least one. Radioactive could get a look as a token rock song. Whatever Kanye submits could pop up (though it won't win because Grammy voters utterly refuse to give him an award outside the Rap categories). Red might get an Album of the Year nod, but after the brazen daylight mugging of Kanye that the Grammy voters pulled two years ago, I refuse to even attempt to figure out what they're thinking for that, if they think at all.

Begin Again and Highway Don't Care are actually nominated in different categories (Best Country Song and Best Country Duo/Group Performance, respectively). And, as far as I can tell, Best Duo/Group Country Performance is given to the performers, which would mean she could win the award. Though I could be wrong about that.
