My family owns a clothing store that I've worked in most of my life (and now whenever I'm home), so let's just say... I can get away with a lot with customers We have some really, really creepy customers too so it's easy to get into trouble.

I don't think I've ever physically gotten into with anyone before, even though I've had violent customers. Some people have gotten maced and/or arrested though

When I worked in retail, most customers liked me. But no, I've never punched a customer.

No, but I've told some to shut up and leave before if they're getting on my nerves.

Just today (I just got home from work), there was a guy who was trying to by some wood (2x4s) and he grabbed the wrong ones, wanted me to change the price of the ones he grabbed to the cheaper ones he meant to buy. I said no way, I can't do that, he said he'd drive to Home Depot to get the wood, I said fine. Then he said he wanted to talk to the manager. So I said the manager is dealing with important issues right now and can't be bothered to help you; grab the right boards next time. Then he left. I felt great!!!!

Working with customers in general is the absolute pits. Entitled ass mother****ers. I've never gotten into a fight with anyone usually when a customer tries to argue with me I just walk away and let someone else handle it.

I work at Forever 21,that store is a mess . Especially the customers , like..

Sometimes i feel like smacking these basic bitches that just drop their clothes on the floor and walk away .

Ummm not physical i'd get fired, especially since I work at Best Buy


But I have told a few to Stfu after arguing tho But they deserved it. I treat everyone with respect but if you're gonna come at me stupid, prepare to get shut down.

I've worked in a couple of high end retail stores and I've only caught an attitude twice, but for good reason. Once a customer came in and started screaming at me for no reason (rich white women are on a multitude of drugs and wine at any given time) and was escorted out of the store.

My favorite moments were when broke and basic customers would try to return fraudulent or fake items. I was such a pro at this. "Unfortunately, the item you are trying to return isn't matching on your receipt. In fact, it's fake, but I'd be glad to return the item for you if you return with it, otherwise I'm going to have to ask security to escort you out." Bitches left in a hurrrrrrry.

No but I've slapped one before because they put their hands on me first. I didn't even get fired too.
