A cop throws a woman charged with a DUI into her cell where she slams her face face first into a concrete bench inside her cell breaking several bones on her face. She needed severe facial reconstructive surgery and now has a titanium plate in her cheek

The cop unaware of the surveillance cameras charged her with resisting arrest to try to cover up his fault. Obviously the charges were dropped.
