Unfortunately, she's using it in the context where it's been around for a while - as in Slim Shady, a bad guy.

Celebrities can set the questions they're asked. She could refuse to talk about her lovelife anymore if she didn't want to. Kate Winslet stopped talking about her weight a few years back.
I was disappointed it was more love/relationship talk as well. But in women's fashion/lifestyle magazines, that and diet tips is all they ask female celebrities about. Also, even if Taylor talked about other things, that's not what the press would excerpt. I've noticed it with Katy Perry as well; they'll always excerpt what she says about John Mayer and Russell Brand and not when she talks about music/career. Basically just the sexist way the media is set-up and what they assume people want to hear from women. The only way to fight it is if Tay just refused to give them any 'love' talk to excerpt.
