To start off, Jigglypuff and the Gothita line have got a new ability called Competitive, which boosts its Special Attack stat when one of their stats is lowered.
The Gothita line actually has a useful ability for in-game playthroughs now? Slay. Frisk sucks so much and Shadow Tag is a chore to get.

Yeah, hence why everything looks more balanced now. I still don't want Umbreon with Filter though. People will just use it because of that. If they want to use it for his moves and bulk - then what's stopping them? He's not bad by any means, I don't see how he needs it tbh.
