Now we know why Robin Antin put Lauren in the background with Simone and Emmalynn as the lead singers.
Not sure if this would change your opinion, but this is a better performance of Lauren singing "Feelin' Good" by herself.
Emmalyn has a great voice, but I think that the only other girl in the group that matches her, vocally, is Lauren, not Simone. Simone must have been chosen as co-lead because of her charisma and confidence.
