What about the many Electric types that used HP Ice for coverage?

Why is that bad? Most people just had 30-40BP unless they were on a simulator/cheating, so I'd call this a buff.

I have played as the male character named 'Jungle' for years now and so I think I'm going to play as a girl and actually change things up a bit for once. I don't even care for the outfits, I just want a change.

Do you mean Venu/Celebi/Breloom?

I know Celebi and Breloom were OU in Gen IV, Breloom only had the Spore/Sub/Leech/Focus Punch set though, then he became much better with technician bullet seed/mach punch/etc, pushing him into the most used OU pokés in Gen V. Idk about Celebi, but Venusaur went UU->OU because of all the new Drought users (Vulpix for example), which gave him double speed and a powerful solarbeam.

What is Frostbeam supposed to be? Isn't the "beam" part already ice?
