Not anymore. I used to care, but I rarely receive warning points now, and when I do, they're usually deserved.
I remember back in the day when I would wake up to 5+ notifications. I'm lucky to get 5 a month now, and they're usually game invites.

Well I pretty much never get WPs, so not really. But one time I was expecting a reply from someone and the notification turned out to be a pressed Demi stan reporting me for combining the words Selena and legend.

There should be a different notification symbol if you get a warning point.
Red = Warning Point
Blue = PM
White = Wall Post
Saves some of us from the fear.
