Paired with an ideal and private location in Hollywood Hills and 1920s Spanish architecture, the home is definitely appealing. The residence has received two solid offers in the past year its been on the market, as well as a number of other interested buyers. But still, the home has yet to sell.
Why the difficulty in securing a buyer? First off, Perry wants the offer in cash. The home is currently listed for $5.88 million, with previous price tags of $6.495 million and $6.925 million.
