These will help you a lot. Start drinking lots of water, also helps. I used to smoke like 1 and half package a day, I haven't quit, but I don't smoke every single day, I usually smoke one if I am to stressed, then I don't smoke for two weeks or more, I can even stop whenever I want. One thing I learned was to start controlling my needs, they can't control me.
