OK so I woke up yesterday knowing it would be the day I quit smoking, and so far I have succeeded, but I'm going insane
Has anyone here SUCCESSFULLY quit in the long term? Give some tips plz

I quit smoking cigarettes, it was pretty easy for me, but maybe because I still smoke.

Try the nicotine patches, or the electronic cigarettes, I've heard that those work better than the gum or Chantix.
I've been smoking for 4 years now, I really need to quit sometime soon...it's going to be pretty difficult, though. I smoke a pack a day now.
But good luck!

Today it's a week since I quitted smoking actually.
You should try to read Alan's Carr „Easy way to stop smoking”.

What kind of cigarettes are we talking about here?

Anyways, my dad has been trying to quit smoking for decades. Max he could ever do was a few months without them.

I've quit smoking cigarettes, weed and alcohol! You just have to remind yourself of the the pros and cons!

I've quit for 5 weeks now. Nothing. Works as a charm. Just changed my mindset.

How about this.
If you want to still live and witness Rihanna beating Mariah's most #1 female record, then you should quit smoking.

I've quit for 3 weeks. You just have to change your mind, remember yourself that it's a bad thing, etc.
I still smoke weed though.

Isnt it easier for smokers in general to quit gradually?

That never works, not for me at least. Cold turkey seems like the only option
