But Jellicent has the ability, the moves (Recover, how many other Ghosts get this may I ask?) and the stats in the right place to do that. Not to mention It's a WATER type, that alone makes him superb. Not everything is just about the BST. Or else Breloom would be NU/RU. Celebi has the defenses, the high stats, the ability, THE RECOVERY MOVE and the good resistances.
BUT OMG YES POOR CELEBI WEAK TO FIRE AND ICE

I agree, it's very boring for the most part with all the annoying Sand and Rain team everywhere, that's why it needs more variety. And some people like me can't do other tiers that well. I SUCK at UU, you have no idea. But OU and Ubers I do alright and I wish there to be more variety in those, and who the hell doesn't want to use new favorites on the higher tiers?
