Eh, probably to give some diversity for the Ubers tier perhaps? With the pseudo's basically getting legendary status now. Mega T-Tar looks crazy scary though.

There is going to be a lot of suspect testing in these up coming months, and figuring out if every Pokemon has the same move pool or if there are changes. Since we can't hack ROMs of the games like before. Also since Mega's are limited to one per team, I'm sure test are going to be done to see if these Pokemon are able to be defeated and have enough counters to make them playable and not broken.

We still have a lot to figure out I think. The leakers said nothing about Team Flare, Gym Leaders (besides pictures and teams) , towns, any plot elements, move sets, TM's, new moves, new abilities, random extra things.

To be honest all we've gotten is very rough base stats and pictures of new Pokemon

Just Togepi, Togetic, and Togekiss bringing the count to 27 total Fairy Pokemon.

There are 34 Ghost Types and 38 Dragon types as of Gen VI so I think we'll probably get between 5-10 more Fairy-types

Mega Voltrob is now Ghost/Ghost Type, the first mono-duel typed Pokemon, it looks like a Master Ball.

Stats are:

5 HP/300 ATK/5 Def/300 Sp.Atk/10 Sp.Def/1000 Speed

Its only moves are Protect and Shadow Sneak tho
