I think she's had some surgery on it. Fat injections or implants. Its very common these days. No amount of working out makes a totally flat ass suddenly round and meaty. I suspect lipo too in her midrift area.
Her ass is still flat. Haven't you ever seen one bent over? Fat injections and/or implants aren't required when you're in that position and sticking it out. It's an illusion.
