Dead at there being 3 Pokemon right before the legendaries missing in the national dex. Maybe we don't see the pseudo-legendary until post-game like RSE

Heliolisk looks incomplete as a final form, it looks like a middle stage. It needs another evo

That is just the Regional Dex, the National one could feature a spot or two for some event legendaries after Zygarde.
They need to get the National Dex asap to check if there are still open spots like there was in D/P for the new cross-gen evolutions
