We don't really know to be honest and I doubt you will find much online, here are the quotes from a few pages back.

Leona new management are called Faculty Management, they don't have a website or anything, but they have ties with J Records (Leona's original US label) and RCA (her current label) and it ties in with what Music Week said when she announced her split, that she was looking for an American based management team.

Someone on DS looked into it more and the head of Faculty Management is someone called Jared Siegel, now looking on their LinkedIn profile they seen that it states him as the Head of Digital at Azoff, Geary, Paul, Smith Management.

So if you look into that company, and Paul Geary it says this,
Quote:
Paul Geary
Senior manager at Azoff, Geary, Paul, Smith Mgmt (A division of Frontline Mgmt Group)

So perhaps Faculty Management is the new name for that previous company and Leona is after all signed to a division of Frontline Management, which is great news. And Music Week did say she was taking a meeting with Front Line, plus they are the managers of X Factor USA contestants so it makes sense.

But we also realised that Azoff, from Azoff, Geary, Paul, Smith Management was actually the person who set up FrontLine management, which he left last year, but even so they are well connected and seem to be decent managers.
So although we have still to actually see them in action, they do seem to be pretty promising.
