Does one really get over someone they genuinely loved?
If you genuinely loved a person in the past and meet them again sometime in the future there's a big possibility that your feelings for the peerson might be rekindled. The question is, did you really get over that person? Discuss.
i think you can in superficial sense, like i used to be in love with a guy and think of him on the daily , but i eventually grew out of loving him and my thoughts of him became rare to the point of non existence (i forgot about him at times) > although i dont know of the rekindling thing , i havent seen the guy in a long time
I've been in love with the same (straight) guy since I was 14.
I'm 17 now, haven't seen him in months and whenever I think of my future I still picture it with him in it.

My first love would be my best friend now he knows i loved him but when i first told him we stoped talking for a few months which really helped cause when we started talking again the love is still there and i think it will alwase be there but now i dont get hurt when i see him with his boyfriend it actually makes me happy to see him happy and i would still do anything for him its like a diffrent kind of love
No clue, although I can't imagine myself thinking about the person as much as I do now 10 or more years from now. If I haven't seem them at all then they're ancient history I think.
