I love how Rih's fans can run in a Bey thread with post after post of shady remarks and backhanded "compliments" and when a Bey fan gets annoyed after being baited repeatedly and reacts, the selective reading kicks in yet again. The Rihanna comment while unnecessary, didn't just come out of nowhere, yet per usual, the only thing that draws a reaction are negative remarks made about Rih and not Bey. Funny how that works around here.

Anyway, I've never really cared much for that shoot, personally. It's odd how it's so recycled when I can think of quite a few shoots recent shoots that were much better that could have been pulled from. It may be a matter of image licensing or rights tho.
She looks quite natural and it's against a white background...
And it's done in recent years so it's always bound to be recycled.
Only thing I'm not here for is that late "interview" and only posting quotes from third parties.
I wish she would just get it together already.

Anybody who's familiar with Beyonce's body, knows when she's in top shape, her legs become more toned & tight.

You're really trying to argue that that picutre is unretouched? Bey's thighs have never been that scrawny. They should have left it alone.

This is the video of the shoot.
I still think they're retouched. And even if they're not, I'm sure there was a better option. The legs looks disproportionate to the rest of her body, which we all know is not true to life.
The quote is better than bragging about you net worth or record sales
B is constantly on most powerfull women lists, it's not like she's taking it out of her ass. People ask her specifically to be a part of socially importan events and campaigns, women quote her as inspiration and unlike some she's not afraid to take responsibility for her influence on people. She's more than your regular popstar.
No thanks God. She's right. She never thought she would be this powerful and it's great that she acknowledges her power and as a result try to set a good image of what a woman with such power should conduct herself.
It's not like she went on twitter and told to someone directly I make more money than you or I sold more records than you.
