And I don't think there's a way to know that yet, only if the leakers post a pic about the NAtional dex or something, but probably yes.
at us only getting 70+ new pokemon and like half of them being fairies and digimon rejects...
That is the WORSE legendary pokemon EVER! Nothing about that screams legendary.
