I just re-read it and I'm confused as to is the post saying "she got laughed at a girl who was raped too" or "she laughed at a girl who was raped too" .
She's an undercover fan because that was in madonnas doc. She basically laughed because she didnt believe it.

I saw Gravity early because the evening shows were sold out. I liked it but found it overrated. It's not the masterpiece to end all masterpieces like the critics have hailed it while reaching for their thesaurus for new words of praise.
I never once wondered "how did they do that?!?!?!" like the critics said. I mean they're floating in space and stuff explodes and debris slams into things. It does not redefine special effects like Star Wars and Jurassic Park.
The IMAX 3D didn't blow my mind.
I also found it a bit too American in its sentimentality, which is surprising since the director is European. "Tell my daughter I'm not giving up, I'm going home!"
Also, Sandra Bullock is no more or less talented in Gravity than she has been for the past 20 years. She was just as good in Speed. Just because her past movies weren't directed by auteurs or get 97 on Metacritic doesn't mean she wasn't as good.
Still, a good, solid survival movie which stands out because it felt like the kind of story that would usually have a male lead (like Alien).
