I see how you operate, Rem. Especially after seeing the Kill Switch update. I can ask you what happened, but I see how it went down.

Well Danny has officially left.
Meaning we are down to 10.
I have received 8/10 entries. You still have 4 hours and 10 minutes left until the deadline.
AS FOR THE COMEBACK CYCLE:
I do not think Xalric will be participating. He has no responded to me if he will be a part and I don't think he's even been in here in a long while.
So that still leaves E still the only one in the running to return at some point, who has submitted an entry.

Yes.
I actually voted how I said in Kill Switch, though. But I only did 4 votes.

Bye Danny...
...
HOW COULD YOU!!!
I'm not going to save your ass in the Last Member Standing.
...
And what is going on this season
It's as if we need to sign a contract before officially becoming apart of the cast, so stuff like this doesn't happen. I guess the good thing out of this is E has less competition. Good luck E!
I seriously hope no one else quits. It doesn't feel right to be the winner/ in the top 5-8 of a game where contestants either quit or give-up, like Xalric.

I honestly think there will be no more quitters. Those who are left, plus E, have been committed, have submit their entries, been active, etc. You all seem to want to be here the most.

i QUIT!!!

I'm sorry, but I just feel like I'm wasting my time. On a site where there are dozens of people who would rather be in my position, I feel that I'm someone who doesn't deserve it as much. I love this game and everyone remaining is great, but I don't think that this competition is for me, unfortunately. I hope you all understand.
School, work and social life asked a lot of time over the last few weeks. The good sis Citrus reminded me to submit my entry, but somehow I misread 'ANTM' as 'gaycat' and thought he was referring to that thread in The Lounge (yeah, I know. I just woke up, so don't blame me).
I do appreciate the time the judges put in their opinions on my avatar entry, but I should have declined to participate in this game the moment Kitt asked to join me, because I knew that I couldn't spend more time on ATRL other than my infamous Pokémon thread perching.
I do believe that I have what it takes to be a Top Member, but there are a lot of other worthy members that spend a lot of time in here and that I'd love to see winning (DOMINO, Citrus ).
I don't even know whether I was eliminated or not, but I'm gonna have to say goodbye and wish y'all the best of luck!
I can't feel obligated right now to post regularly in this thread and make entries. It feeled more like a job than just something fun.
I mean, it would have been fun when I still had lots of time, but right now I would have to turn on my pc and make pretty posts etc. and I just can't do that on a daily basis.
I'd love to join again if the next season will be held around May/June 2014
Instead of making me feel like a top member, this game reminds me how much like everyone else I am. My posts aren't unique nor do I really stand out too much. I post just like everyone else. I'm just uninspired to keep playing cause each week I feel more and more basic. I'm not anything like my username, i just chose it cause it was my favorite Rihanna song. My avi was calculated out. But the true meaning behind our reasoning isn't really top member worthy.
I've already written a paragraph too much. I probably look stupid and I'm tired.
Sorry to quit maybe you can let someone back in in my place? idk. I just don't feel inspired to submit. I have nothing.
"Online games aren't just a diversion, but a unique way to meet other people. As millions of gamers demonstrate, playing online is about friendship and cooperation, not just killing monsters. These games are a viable social network because players focus on teamwork, form groups with like-minded people and have romantic relationships with other players."Massively-Multiplayer Online Games (MMOGs) feature millions of players interacting in the same environment. The games are social in nature as they allow players to band together and complete missions based on a story line, or test their skills by fighting against each other. At the start of the game, the user creates a fictional character, and customizes its physical appearance. Since many games involve combat, players also outfit their characters with armor and weapons, as well as choose their "profession." Many popular game titles like World of Warcraft and Everquest follow a fantasy theme, so most professions have magical abilities like healing other players or raising undead minions. While the process seems simple, players may spend hours agonizing over the perfect look for their character, from their armor color to the type of skills to use in battle. Once their character is created, the player is free to explore the vast, digital world and interact with other players; however they must pay on average $15 a month for game content. MMOG users are mostly male - usually between the ages of 18-34 - although titles like World of Warcraft have a healthy population of female players as well. With millions of players, there are plenty of people to adventure with."
Educators debate extending high school to five years because of increasing demands on students from employers and colleges to participate in extracurricular activities and community service in addition to having high grades. Some educators support extending high school to five years because they think students need more time to achieve all that is expected of them. Other educators do not support extending high school to five years because they think students would lose interest in school and attendance would drop in the fifth year. In your opinion, should high school be extended to five years?
In your essay, take a position on this question. You may write about either one of the two points of view given, or you may present a different point of view on this question. Use specific reasons and examples to support your position.

fff, I don't know I just searched "essay examples"
And thank you all for participating in this social experiment. This was a test to see: 1.) if you guys are really gullible, 2.) to see if you all can read past the first paragraph to notice how fake it is, and finally, 3.) to see if you can remember Sorbet & Danny's exit speeches and notice that I copied them.

Oh thank God for this thread! Okay, so a couple of weeks ago, I've decided to sit down and give Bionic the listen it deserves. I've listened to snippets before, unfocused, and thought it was a horrible album. but I decided to give it another shot. Boy was I wrong!
The whole album is truly an experience to be honest. I can't believe I actually hated this and now it's become one of my favorite pop albums! The songs, the interludes, the emotion is all so amazing to listen and each adds something special to the album. I also felt like the album was personal to Christina, you can literally feel like every song on the album is someway somehow describing an aspect of her personality and life.
The ballads are a definitely highlight in the album and are probably on off her best songs of all time. I really do feel like Bionic is an album like no other and is truly "ahead of it's time". We did you so wrong X. I truly do have a lot more respect for her as an artist. And once you compare it to Lotus, you truly feel like her 2012 effort is really tired and generic compared to Bionic. A true body of work. A pop masterpiece
Good job X for turning me around and making me love you.

However, the 50 minute record seems a bit iffy to me. It's possible, but I wouldn't say it's likely.

Do we have any idea on when the video will release? It's a stretch but it could debut next week. That would coincide with the limited edition physical single and it would cause a sales surge along with likely increased airplay and streaming. Maybe it'll debut top 40 this week and jump next week to a new peak? I dunno. We'll see with the rest of the week.

US Based Monsters especially, please read what we have to say:
On Tuesday, April 8th: Try to Trend #WatchMarrytheNight on Twitter
Stream the Song and View the Video All Week
GOAL: 14 MILLION STREAMS
Let's cut to the chase - we want "Marry the Night" to go top 10 in the US. Yes I am serious, and no, I am not crazy like our fave. We'd like to accomplish this admittedly very lofty goal through the use of Billboard's latest rules, which add YouTube into streaming and increase the overall weight of streaming points on the Hot 100. We plan to do this to honor Gaga's favorite song and video of her own in a time in which she most needs our support to heal and to write ARTPOP. In addition, this week is just after her birthday, and this is a great way to how how we feel about her at the start of a new year in her life.
As you may recall, "Harlem Shake" has been the #1 song in the US for 5 weeks based almost entirely on streaming, with the added benefit of sales. Thanks to formulas developed by Dust2 and MusicTalker earlier this year it has been calculated that "Marry the Night" would need a bare minimum of 11 million US-based streams to chart in the top ten. However, that is not our goal - to ensure the best possible chance of her entry in the top 10, we are aiming for a minimum of 14 million US-based streams during the week of April 1st through April 7th.
Now before you go on about how "impossible" this is: have some faith in your fellow fans. Have some faith in yourself! We have numerous times demonstrated our power as a fanbase - in polls, voted award shows, and the like. After a long, hard era during 2011, we still managed to break records with the YouTube debut of the MTN video. Since then, streaming and access to streaming have grown exponentially. All we need here is a mere fraction of what some songs have been able to do, and just half of what one song was bale to do this week well after it had died down.
Once again, I ask you not only to help reach this goal, but to unite as a fanbase and have faith in yourselves and each other that we can achieve this goal. US monsters, we need you to view and listen your paws off at YouTube and on services like Spotify and Rhapsody. If you are not based in the US, please help us by spreading the word! Ask any US friends you have to participate, spread the news to message boards - anything you can is greatly appreciated.
To those who wish to make fun of this attempt: go away, I already know the odds. I find that optimism is the best policy in all situations.
I'll be honest -- I don't know how well this will work, and I don't know whether we can do this. But, I have faith that if the monsters unite, nothing, even this, is really impossible.
