Theres a lot of talk that she will be and I think this time it will be deserved. Love her but I don't personally think she deserved the oscar for The Blind Side. I mean honestly.

She's better than her usual romcom ways, but don't act like Cate Blanchett, Amy Adams, Meryl Streep, Julia Roberts, and Judi Dench aren't in the race. As of right now, Cate has the best chance.
