Being able to functionally have sex under dire/abnormal circumstances with someone of the opposite sex doesn't make a person bisexual. The actual attraction has to be there.

Kinda. I don't believe anyone is 100% Straight or Gay, but I do believe most people are 99% one or the other. There's bound to be a person or a situation that'd make everyone question their sexuality.

No, there are both fully straight and fully gay people.
But, I think as many men (or almost) are bisexual as women. A lot of women say they're bisexual, and would say they would go lesbian for some girl. I think bisexuality in men is a taboo.
