Yes, he was really high and we were watching a football match (soccer) and I was sitting in the shade and then he came over and put his arms around me and was kissing my neck etc. I was freaking out bc people could've seen us. And he just didn't care. But I confronted him about it and he said he was high, don't remember and didn't mean anything.
