Katy only had one solo date in Sao Paulo and Sao Paulo was also Rih's most successful solo date in Brazil.
Yes, she's massive there and pretty much all of Latin America.
She is pretty far from being massive tho, she is bigger only if compared to the other disney acts. her tour was sucessful because it was also the first time she came to Brazil.

Brazil is one of the biggest cash-cows in international touring, I can't believe she wouldn't make any money.
