That's why I'm just catching those Pokémon who I like from design and are useful on a first playthrough.
I'll plan a team on my second or third run

I will rush through the game with my first playthrough. Then I will probably plan a team and start a new game and after that one I will start over again and trade Pokémon over from earlier games, complete everything that there's to complete etc.

...and then I will buy Y so that I won't have to remove my save file on X if I want to play through the game again




nnn; why don't you just plan a few teams and have several playthroughs with each time a different team?
