I feel like the "Gaga is over" statement stems from her social irrelevancy, and her underperforming chart positions are a result of that. If she was socially relevant, she would be in a Rihanna RR situation as in she could flip the game instantly. However because she isn't socially relevant, no one will give her a chance.

Actually, I agree. Gaga needs to release something with a EDM PUNCH or a ballad that's catchy
