Lol Altaria is better with Dragon as a secondary typing than Normal.
Give a Pokemon a part Dragon typing, and you can be sure it will improve one way or another, it's not like it can get worse.
What I meant with that is that people consider using Ghosts for their typing, obviously it has to do with stats as well - as with every Pokemon, but you don't wonder every time you make a new team if you are going to use a Dark type or not, unless you really like that type for itself.
But you think whether you need a Ghost or not, most of the times.
And I don't see how you still don't get it honestly... I love Ghosts, and try to like their designs because of it + I particularly wanted a Grass/Ghost. I'm not using it anymore because of that, if I didn't like it's design I could go with Shiftry or Cacturne, but it's not about that.
And it's still a crap type.
