Janet Jackson "Looking Into" Adopting a Child From Jordan or Syria With Husband Wissam Al Mana

Months after secretly tying the knot with Qatari billionaire Wissam Al Mana, Janet Jackson is taking steps to expand her family. A source confirms to Us Weekly that the "Rhythm Nation" singer, 47, is "quietly" researching the process of adopting a child from a third-world country.
"She now pretty much knows pregnancy is not in the cards, so she's been looking into adopting," the source says. "She's been very moved by the events in Jordan and Syria now that she's been living overseas. Not sure how soon it will happen, but there's been movement on this."
According to Page Six, which was first to report the news, the pop star has reached out to Queen Rania of Jordan to help facilitate an adoption. "Janet has always been concerned about the welfare of the world's children, and it's important to her that she affords a baby the opportunities that have been afforded her," a source told the paper.
Us Weekly previously reported that the musician was eager to start a family with Al Mana, whom she began dating in the summer of 2010. "She wants kids," an insider told Us. "If she can't have them, she will adopt."
Aw I'm so happy for her! I hope she adopts from Syria, I imagine there are many orphaned children over there due to recent events. I'd rather Janet be happy and do something great for a child out there with no family, than release an album to satiate you kweens
You girls are so gullible. Janet is coming back to slay. her choreographer, backup dancers, and producers are slowly spilling the tea. Janet doesn't have time to raise some heathens, and even if she does adopt it's not like Madonna, Angelina Jolie, and countless other hollywood mothers still don't work.
