Samurott is *fine* for what it is, but it's a complete disappointment, you can't deny that.
Serperior is too forgettable, no1currs.
But I rather agree. Delphox is terrible, but I don't really get the hate for Chesnaught, it's very messy, but idk, not terrible imo. (aside from being Fighting).
