Your formula is wrong. You can't just take streaming*91. Billboard has said that they value on-demand streaming a lot more than youtube streaming and Drake had huge on-demand streaming.

I think someone used that formula a few weeks ago in a Hot 100 thread and cross-referenced it with other weeks to see if the difference in #1s and #2s matched up, and they did.
