On GMA, they were mentioning a ballad called Perfume...it was written by Britney with SIA and it seems as though it was going to be the 2nd single. Larry Rudolph Britney/Miley's manager said that they are not sure if it will be the 2nd or 3rd but it will definitely be one at some point.
Me thinks that they are seeing how lackluster Work B performed without the video and want to release another uptempo...more urban banger that could feature Queen Nicki (crosses fingers) maybe and then pull an 'everytime' and release the ballad 3rd single as a spring hit.
Either way, I hope it's Britney or Shakira. Who knows it might even be JLO

I think she is going to do an amazing world tour next year.
I see her starting out with arenas in the US (pushing my predictions back to July/August tour kickoff), then go to Europe, then S.America, Asia, Africa.
I really think this is going to be a long tour.
I hope for an 80 city+ schedule where she can accrue 40M+ in tour gross.
She'll have her brands launched (pinkpill/myx/clothes/fragrance)
She'll just need to kick off her wigline before the tour as well as one or two more movies during the winter/spring of 2014.

I wouldn't rule out Gaga. I mean, I know it is highly unlikely, but her retweeting Rihanna's Sex Dream tweet out of the blue like that makes me believe that there is still a small chance.

Her mentioning of a pop feature was so long ago... Artists love to brag about being in the studio with Nicki via interviews or Instagram pics unless they are of the secretive sort. I pray the song is a big hit. It'd be a great way to end the year.

I am not trying to say that there is a big chance of Nicki making ARTPOP, but I am just trying to say it can't be ruled out completely. It's a slim chance but still possible. And who says Gaga isn't going to release a new version/remix of Sex Dreams via the app featuring Rih and Nic and have a solo version on ARTPOP.
