It has to be Grampa, doesn't it? Out of the Emmy winners he's the only one I can see them being able to make a respectful last episode for, being both funny and very sad. It'd make a massive impact if he were to die, more-so than any of the other other (realistic) potential deaths.
Side Show Bob's another one who I could see them killing, but his death would be pointless. There's still a lot they can do with the character and would anyone really care if he died?

Doubt it, they've stated it's one of the 6 main cast members, that character was never a main one. Besides, it'd be incredibly bad for Seth to make an episode about that death considering the voice-actor. It'd have to be a completely solemn episode with hardly any jokes, that's not going to happen.
