She isn't saying she has perfect pitch and Rihanna definitely doesn't have perfect pitch but that the pitch of the song is hard to emulate.
I also though these shows were about making songs your own and putting your own spin which is NOT emulating a person. I can guarantee any Rihanna song could be made acoustic and it would sound great with a talented vocalist.

I honestly felt the same
She just needs to practice more... and be careful when recording ... some of her songs are just Impossible to be performed LIve ... She needs to have more control In the studio ... She is the artist, producers are only producers !
