Yes they said a live-stream will be a available. I imagine just from the q+a. Usually a listening party works this way:

The journalists has to leave all recording devices outside and enters a room. Then listens to the full (or almost full) album.

After that they meet the singer and interview them. <- this part will probably be live-streamed.
