Enjoy your locked down OS.

I have a Note 2 and I prefer an OS that works to start with. The Note 2 has caused me nothing but long loading times, Apps not responding and **** internet. Mostly due to Touchwiz, but still.

I love the Note's features which is why I bought it, but they are worthless when the phone doesn't work like it should.

And iOS is only locked if you don't know what you're doing. You can download extensions (like this one) or Apps (like this one) to let you customize and have a file system just like Android.

Depends on the user, because in Android you can overclock your cpu.
