This is quite sad really. I bought a Note 2 and now I wish I hadn't.
Obviously the iPhone 5S will be 3x more powerful than the S4, considering it's twice as powerful with the S4's fake benchmark scores.

All current Android flagships are running on Snapdragon 800 chipset so that will give them an almost equal performance. The only difference lies on software optimization and it's practically negligible. They're all fast anyway. People will still buy the Note 3 for its rich sets of features not present on every other phone not for its benchmark results.

But Samsung are cheating they will perform 20% better than other phones with the same chip, which it isn't.

I mean the Note 3 has the features, sure. But the S4?

It's rigging because the phone would never otherwise be running at full capacity & power like that. AFAIK, most mobile chips are limited from full capacity under normal operation for heat & battery consumption reasons.
