When Farrah Abraham unveiled her new chin implant following last year's surgery she claimed to be 'thrilled' with the results.
But just a year on and the reality star has gone under the knife once more - to have her chin implant removed.
New images show the 22-year-old undergoing the 40-minute procedure under local anesthetic, leaving her conscious during the procedure.
Farrah is seen arriving at the plastic surgeon's office in Miami wearing a pretty blue dress and butterfly scarf ahead of her surgery, which was done by Dr Michael Salzhauer.

Farrah was never comfortable with the chin implant and grew to regret having it put in.'
Her surgery will feature on CBS' The Doctors later this month.
When she revealed her surgery results last autumn, the mother-of-one explained the implant was to balance out her face and added: 'I don’t have to hate anything on my face ever again. I feel gorgeous.'
Having spent $8,000 having a breast augmentation in 2010, she spent $21,000 on her chin implant and nose augmentation in October last year.
Farrah then underwent a further breast surgery in order to increase her breast size once more - from a C to a D cup.
'I would not get boob implants that were ****-star status,' she told InTouch. 'I’m very realistic about keeping myself looking natural.'
