I mean, that's the reason Walking on Air shot up to #1 so quick (people who pre-ordedered Prism when DH was released or just pre-ordered Prism at any time got the download link via email - should that count as a sale though?). if u download the promo singles u get charged. later when u download the album u r charged less for it coz u already payed x amount for the singles and promo singles.
as for DH: i got the download link email from iTunes for it AFTER i got the link for woa. itunes messed up.
